The idea for Ripples of Renewal Retreats was born from the founders’ personal experiences of burnout after over 30 years in high-stress, fast-paced industries and how that stress had a ripple effect on their life. Both felt emotionally, physically, and mentally drained, leading them to seek a path to wellness and renewal. They united with a shared passion to offer unique wellness coaching, learning, and experiences to others. By collaborating with empowering facilitators and practitioners, along with sharing their own expertise, they now create transformative experiences through 1-day, 3-day, 5-day and 7-day retreats both domestically and internationally. They also customize retreats for private groups and corporations with the goal of bringing wellness to everyone.
Friends Andrea Orth and Linda Monty founded Ripples of Renewal Retreats to offer a sensory wellness experience for those seeking transformation in their lives. Having both embarked on personal journeys of change in recent years, they’ve found healing and growth through movement and regenerative medicine.
Andrea, a dedicated yoga practitioner and wine enthusiast, believes that both yoga and wine are for everyone, and she’s committed to sharing these passions with her community.
Linda, inspired by her own medical journey, discovered that functional eating and regenerative medicine are often overlooked paths to wellness. She’s now dedicated to educating others on the power of these practices for a healthier life.
